The Waldenburg Chronicles

Today we went through the house for the first time since it was cleared out. We took the opportunity to take pictures to show looks now before the renovations start. While going through we took up the linoleum in the hallway and found some surprises. There were three different styles of tiles from what appears to be three eras. The front third and the middle look to be have been done somewhere in the past 100 years (pic 1-3), but tiles at the back may be the original ones (pic 5)

Another Place holder to mark the day. There's not a lot to say, other than we have the keys and the handover is complete. All of the documents are now signed and sealed several times over. We still have the large part of the work in front of us.
