The paperwork is complete, we're now the official owners of the second house too. There has been a lot going on recently, some good, some bad, but we're still positive about our project and we're looking forward to the next steps. We've been busy removing further elements from inside the houses. Most of the floor from the room in the previous post has gone, there are still some bricks from around the edges that need to go, but we need a new skip for that. While taking some of these bricks away, we found that there is also a hidden wall all the way around. The white wall seen in the pictures is a brick wall, but behind this is a space, and then another brick wall painted in blood red. This could be connected to the stories that we've been told of this room once being a butchers. We've also been busy in the former kitchen on the 1st floor.
