On the positive side, we've learnt a lesson or two, and we are still very excited about our project; maybe even more so now. We are going to take things, step by step, which may take a little longer but it's a more realistic and suitable time frame. We now have someone in place that has experience, understands that this is our project, is able to communicate with us, demonstrates competency, and delivers what he's told us that he is working on. We had expected and planned to be further along by now, but due to points that we don't want to go into any further, this isn't the case. Fortunately, we're not in a hurry. Other than this not a lot has actually happened since the last post. We've have had the existing parking space lines removed and replaced with markings that indicate the area as a private parking space, and we've had a survey done on the pipes going out of the building which we were told that we needed for planning permission.
